Arizona:   Patricia Hodkinson of Arizona found a 1999-P Connecticut quarter at a school cafeteria where she works. (added Nov 23)

Arkansas:   Jason George reported Nov. 1 that he got his 1999-D Connecticut quarter in change. (added Nov 3)

California:   Morris Spawn received his 1999-P Connecticut quarter in change at a grocery store in Lakewood, Calif., on Oct. 26. (added Oct 27)

Colorado:   Larry Betz found his 1999-D Connecticut quarter on Oct. 29 while working at Ned’s Magic and More Shop in Lakewood, Colo. (added Nov 2)

Connecticut:   Stephanie Bolin and her boyfriend Frank Esposito received their 1999-P Connecticut quarters from the Peoples Bank in Danbury, Conn., on Oct. 20. (added Oct 21)

Delaware: Scott Gaston of Delaware got his 1999-P Connecticut quarter from his girlfriend who works at a local Friendly’s Restaurant. (added Oct 26)

District of Columbia:  Michael Goldstein of Washington, D.C., reports finding his 1999-P Connecticut quarter in change from the Federal Aviation Administration cafeteria on Oct. 20. (added Oct 20)

Florida:   Sharon Zimmerman of Florida reported on Oct. 27 her husband brought home a 1999-P Connecticut quarter from K-Mart. (added Nov 2)

Georgia:   Chip Cutcliff received his 1999-P Connecticut quarters from his bank in Georgia on Oct. 27. (added Nov 2)

Hawaii:  Doug Clemann of Hawaii found a 1999-P Connecticut quarter while counting quarters from the laundry machines at the condo where he lives. (added Nov 23)

Idaho:  Elaine Moon received her 1999-D Connecticut quarter in change on Oct. 30 from Pier 49 Pizza in Pocatello, Idaho. (added Nov 2)

Illinois:   Scott Rasche reported Oct. 29 that he received his 1999-D Connecticut quarter in change from buying a cup of coffee at Starbucks. (added Nov 3)

Indiana: Rick Williams of Indiana found his 1999-P Connecticut quarter in change after making a purchase at Kiefer’s Antiques in Peru, Ind., on Oct. 21. (added Oct 25)

Iowa:  Joel Olson got his 1999-D Connecticut quarter Oct. 29 from a back in Dows, Iowa. (added Nov 3)

Kansas: Brian Shields of Kansas received $2 worth of change in 1999-D Connecticut quarters on Oct. 22. (added Oct 25)

Kentucky:  Bill Crosier of Kentucky reports receiving a 1999-P Connecticut quarter on Oct. 22. Crosier said he works at a citizen’s band radio store and "the truck drivers always check their change for me. Best way I have found to be the first to report from Kentucky." (added Oct 27)

Louisiana:   Gary Lyon received his 1999-D Connecticut quarter Oct. 27 in change from a vending machine in the lobby of the chemistry building on the campus of Louisiana State University.  (added Oct 27)

Maine:  Dana Ayers asked the Union, Maine, branch of Camden National Bank if they’d received any Connecticut quarters and walked out with a roll of 1999-P quarters on Oct. 29. Ayers observed that the condition was "beautiful, rival the Mint set’s." (added Nov 2)

Maryland:   Robert Smoot of Forest Hill, Md., was the first to report to Coin World that he’d found a 1999-P Connecticut quarter. Smoot said he received the quarter in change from a local convenience store on Oct. 17. Smoot said he and his three children have been having fun looking for the coins but were unaware of Coin World’s website until a co-worker told Smoot about the site. (added Oct 18)

Massachusetts: Douglas Pogson of Saugus, Mass., reports finding two 1999-P Connecticut quarters on Oct. 23 at the convenience store where he works. (added Oct 25)

Michigan: George Emmett of Michigan said he received a 1999-D Connecticut quarter in change after buying grinder sandwiches in Dearborn on Oct. 23. (added Oct 25)

Minnesota:   Jason Patterson of Golden Valley got his 1999-D Connecticut quarter from his wife who works at a local grocery store. (added Oct 26)

Mississippi:   Toni Smith of Mississippi reports she received a 1999-D Connecticut quarter at a convenience store on Nov. 12. (added Nov 12)

Missouri: Gary Lyon got two rolls of 1999-D Connecticut quarters at a bank in Gladstone, Mo., on Oct. 27. (added Nov 2)

Montana:   Earl Hartsell received two 1999-D Connecticut quarters in his change at a gas station in Bozeman, Montana. (added Nov 3)

Nebraska:   Lyle Woodrum of Nebraska received his 1999-D Connecticut quarter on Nov. 2 from his bank. (added Nov 3)

Nevada: Thomas H. McDowell reports receiving his 1999-D Connecticut quarters Oct. 19 at a bank in Elko, Nev. He said "this time ‘The Hunt’ was easy pickins’. I walked into my local bank just as a Wells Fargo guard was brining in a fresh supply of 1999-D Connecticut quarters. I walked out of the bank with a half roll." (added Oct 25)

New Hampshire: Bob Fritsch of New Hampshire was able to obtain several rolls of 1999-P Connecticut quarters at the Citizen’s Bank in Nashua, N.H. on Oct. 22. He said he’s been busy distributing them to friends on a quarter-for-a-quarter trade. (added Oct 25)

New Jersey:  Amir Munir of Princeton Junction, New Jersey, reports finding a 1999-P Connecticut quarter in change at a local mall on Nov. 10. (added Nov 12)

New Mexico:   James Perkowski got a roll of 1999-D Connecticut quarters at a Bank of America office in New Mexico on Oct. 30. (added Nov 2)

New York:   Tom VanValkenburgh of Saugerties, N.Y., reported that he’d received a 1999-P Connecticut quarter when a customer paid a toll on Oct. 25. (added Oct 26)

North Carolina:   David Lovette’s mother-in-law overheard him and her husband talking about the Connecticut quarter and remembered she’d received two 1999-P quarters in change at the Piggly Wiggly on Oct. 30 and gave one to each of them. (added Nov 2)

North Dakota:  Robert Todd found five 1999-D Connecticut quarters from the Village Inn in Fargo, N.D., on Nov. 6. (added Nov 8)

Ohio:   Ron Brandich found his 1999-P Connecticut quarter Oct. 19 while doing some banking. When the teller said "We’ve got the new Connecticut quarters" Brandich said "of course I had to have a roll. They’re really nicely struck – almost prooflike. The nicest I’ve seen so far of the new State quarters." (added Oct 21)

Oklahoma:   Leon Wierzchowski found his first 1999-D Connecticut quarter in change at a convenience store in Chouteau, Okla., on Oct. 26. (added Oct 27)

Oregon:   Jeff Hill of Grants Pass, Ore., got his 1999-D Connecticut quarter at a local gas station on Nov. 3 (added Nov 4)

Pennsylvania: Robert Youhouse found a 1999-P Connecticut quarter at a bank located in a local grocery store in Pennsylvania on Oct. 23. (added Oct 25)

Rhode Island:  Todd Detonnancourt received his 1999-P Connecticut quarter in change at a convenience store Oct. 27. (added Oct 28)

South Carolina:   Nick Rosenfeld received two 1999-P Connecticut quarters Nov. 1 when he cashed his check at a local bank in Columbia, South Carolina. (added Nov 2)

South Dakota:  Stephan Rochester received two rolls of 1999-D Connecticut quarters at a bank in Sioux Falls, S.D., on Oct. 28. (added Nov 2)

Tennessee:   Penny Smith received her 1999-P Connecticut quarter on Nov. 2 after using a fax machine at a local Mail Boxes Etc. store. (added Nov 3)

Texas:  Mark Peters of Texas received his 1999-D Connecticut quarter in change from a local McDonalds restaurant. (added Nov 2)

Utah:  Alex Oldroyd received his 1999-D Connecticut quarter in change form his local bank on Oct. 26. (added Oct 27)

Vermont:  Joe Bouffard found his 1999-P Connecticut quarter at a drug store in St. Albans, Vt. On Oct. 29. (added Nov 3)

Virginia:   Michael McLaughlin reports finding three 1999-P Connecticut quarters in his change at the Price Club in Virginia. (added Oct 21)

Washington: Tony Raymond of Washington said he was surprised Oct. 18 when he asked at his local bank when they would have the Connecticut quarters and was told they had them in stock – so he got two rolls of 1999-D Connecticut quarters. (added Oct 19)

West Virginia:  April Long reported finding a 1999-P Connecticut quarter on Nov. 18. She said her mother was given the quarter by a co-worker at Wal-Mart. (added Nov 19)

Wisconsin:   Milton Hockmuth of Chippewa Falls, Wis., received his 1999-D Connecticut quarters on Oct. 27 from the Royal Credit Union in Chippewa Falls. (added Oct 28)

Wyoming:   Gene Daniels of Wyoming reported find a 1999-D Connecticut quarter on Nov. 8. He said he uses the roll he got as tips at restaurants. (added Nov 16)
